St. Stephen's Preschool
Founded in 1970, St. Stephen's Preschool is a non-demoninational school offering an enrichment program of living experiences and curriculum geared to the needs of 2, 3, and 4 year old children of all races and color.

St. Stephen's Christian Education

Our Sunday Program is based on the "Faithville" Workshop Rotation Model in which children study and experience the same Bible story or concept for 4 weeks, rotating in various areas such as storytelling & games, arts & crafts, drama, music, and cooking.
Sunday School Schedule 2014-2015

Two of our most popular events are the annual fundraisers for the Sunday School - a Spaghetti Dinner held in February and an Easter Breakfast, held between the worship services on Easter morning.

Children from preschool through fifth grade (ages 4-12) enjoy our popular VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL on weekday mornings for two weeks in July.

Bible Study is held most Wednesday nights at 6:00pm, October through May. If you're interested in attending, please call or email the church office for the current schedule.

St. Stephen's Dart Baseball Team
 If you enjoy playing darts, or want to learn, join our team!  Games are played at area churches on a rotating basis, September through April, Monday nights at 7:30pm.

Saturday, December 12, 4:00-6:00 p.m.
Usher in the holidays with fun and fellowship while enjoying a catered buffet-style meal, musical entertainment, and holiday games!  Reservations will be taken in the narthex before services on November 29 and December 6. Or, up until December 4, you may contact the church office to you reserve your tickets.

Christmas Cantata - He's Still the King of Kings
Sunday, December 13, 10:45 a.m.
Narrated story mixed with Southern gospel-based music, including gospel classics and traditional carols.

Sunday School Christmas Program
Sunday, December 20, 9:15 a.m.
As the Christmas Story is narrated, the children don costumes and become part of the story.  When all are around the manager, parents and grandparents are encouraged to don costumes and stand with their child. After the program, you are invited to a birthday party for Jesus!

Christmas Eve Worship Services
Thursday, December 24, 6:00 & 9:00 p.m.
Candlelight services with Holy Communion. At the early service, the congregation is invited to take part in the re-telling of the Christmas Story.

A service of season-appropriate Bible readings coupled with traditional carols.

The Warmth of St. Stephen's Clothing Drive
November 8 - December 20
Please bring your bagged donations of gently-used and clean clothing, coats, blankets and bed sheet sets to the church and place them in the container in the Narthex or Fellowship Hall. The donations will be delivered to Northeast Ministries throughout the months of November and December.
